Unlike the traditional detective agency, the Goldsmith Agency is a private investigations consulting firm that specializes in corporate security, investigative & environmental issues & training. Their programs on workplace violence are well respected and offer excellent preventive approaches to conflict resolution.

Managing Conflict
Managing Conflict is the web page of Douglas Noll, an "attorney and peacemaker." Mr. Noll's thesis is that following the principles of peacemaking is the best avenue for resolving and managing conflict. His site offers a number of excellent articles on the subject, as well as a listing of services available from his firm.
