Here's a list from 24/7WallSt of the most and least valuable CEOs. They chose to rank them based on total compensation compared to the total market capitalization of the company. The list includes both founders like one of my favorites, Jim Sinegal of Costco, who ranked #5 Most Valuable and professional managers like Steven Fishman, CEO of Big Lots, the #5 Least Valuable whose annual compensation in the reporting year was $11.9 million.
