The Real Employee Life Cycle

Yesterday we talked about making good hiring decisions. Now let's look at keeping the employees.

Recently, I saw a chart of a 12-step Employee Life Cycle. Functional managers don't have time for that. Here is a four-step, condensed employee life cycle plan that tells you everything you need to know.

You can reduce the cost of employee turnover by managing the employee life cycle if you just remember to Hire, Inspire, Admire, Retire.
