Make Meetings More Productive

The one daily activity that seems to consume most of a manager's time is attending meetings. Some meetings you won't be able to get out of. For example, if your boss schedules a meeting and includes you, it's a good idea to show up. However, some of your meetings every day are ones that you run. You can make those meetings waste less of your time by using my Stand PAT approach to meeting management. Using it can give you more time each day.
