The best boss is the best employee
- I worked for a family owned business that had seven manufactoring plants on the west coast. Their approach to managing was like no other I had experience before. We had quarterly reviews, which were no different than anyone elses except that the employees reviewed management in addition to management reviewing the employees. They were interested in knowing how their employees felt about their performance and what they could do to make the employee's job easier. I was impressed with this style of management because I had a sense of value with in the company. They also shared financial information about the company and how it affects the employees. This promoted high moral and an interest in the company as well. The boss is an employee as well and should not have a better than you complex. This will only create animosity and discontent for the company. Managers should not seperate themselves form the team.

Best Boss Claire
- In nursing, many people influence your professional life and many have made very positive influences in my life, but one stands above all others. How can you not respect and want to do your best when your boss does everything or has done everything she would ask you to do? Educated, compassionate and dedicated. She taught her people and gave them or fought for access to anything possible to do the best job possible. After preparing you she trusted that you would make decisions to accomplish every goal, cheered you on, backed you up and retaught anything necessary. The best leader is one who shares their knowledge , believes in you and gets you what you need to do your job. The amazing part is her ability to be human, make work fun and be professional all at the same time.

Prof. Gilchor Cubillo
- He's one of the best. Almost everyone says that he's so tough because he's idealistic one, but for me he's doing fine. Doing right thing at the right time and place is one of his antics. He rarely speak, but once he decide, it's a matter of doing right decision. I appreciate him being my boss.

The Boss of the Decade Mrs. T!
- I have the most incredible boss. She is a wonderful, thoughtful, amazing person. From what I have seen and heard she is one of a kind. She is very thoughful and generous. For the 6 years I have known her she is one to put others before herself. She has always looked out for others and its just in her nature to do something nice for someone. She is well respected and loved by so many. She took the time out to go to the hospital with me to have my tonsils removed, she has been a great inspiration in my life. She has reached out to so many people and oraganization . People have misuse her kindness for weakness, but it still has not kept her from being her. The woman is phenomenal and very talented. She treats her employee like her own kids, she make sure we doing okay and make sure we are happy about what we are doing. Thank you for being you Mrs. T. I wishing that you reap all the blessings that you have sowed into many lives.

My Boss: The reason we give our best
- Rajat Grover (RG) as he is popularly known is arguably the best boss ever.He taught me the basic of everything i know in addition to grooming me to become a high impact HR professional. Some qualities which distinguishes him from the crowd are his ability to remain cool and composed in times of severe stress & tension and his patience. He is the reason we give our best to whatever we do day in day out and learnt to work with minimum supervision. He is the reason we are still with the organisation and all my team members will vouch for that.An excellant team player and mentor. He guides and supports us without saying much and suddenly one will realise that they have grown from a fresher to a matured professional without even realising it. He is also the agony uncle of the team and no problem ever seems a big deal when he is around. A cool dude,a great person, friend, mentor & boss all rolled into one.He is the BEST.

What Great Leaders Should Know
- I have many "bosses", so to speak, in my career and myself, a boss to many - however, in deciding who is my best boss, I have indeed evaluated myself as well using the same criteria. My findings are what is in Dr Robert Edmonson's "What Great Leaders Should Know" - How do Great Leaders create more Great Leaders? Initially I asked myself why I should create more great leaders? If you have enough experience as a boss, you would know why - you create more great leaders because you are a GreatER leader - you may even get a promotion because you should go up to a higher level - and what's more? You are the Greatest Leader in great leader's mind and earn the RESPECT you would get for the rest of your life. Remember, a Great Leader create more great leaders; not followers (who only waste your time or your life attending to their problems...)

Best Boss
- If a person wants to be a best leader in the world, he has to work under my boss Mr.Satish Kumar, Vice President Operations. He is very much clear in his thinking and every action of his shows how a leader can think.
