Patience and politeness

Those that can't teach
- I have spent my time in management seaking those in my field that can do and taking their strenghths and modifying them to my personality. I suggest we always be learning from those that can and when we feel we know it all retire.

Management has two parts
- The two parts of managerment are accomplishing tasks and taking care of the people who accomplish those tasks for you. The second part is forgotten or unknown by many managers, but is never forgotten by the subordinates, and they are always watching you, even (especially!) when you are sitting in front of your computer shooting out emails.
