Any wimp can survive the Australian Outback, only the strongest survive the office.

Week 3 - Supervisor

In the first week we started looking at the similarities between the popular CBS TV show Survivor 2 and surviving the office politics in the work place.

So far, I have been struck by the fact that both expulsions were unanimous. Seems that the contestants all have a better understanding of the unwritten rules this time around. That makes it more like a business office.

I expect the Ogakor "department" will lose another member this week. They seem to be much more fractured than the Kucha group; much less of a team. I think that will hurt them in the immunity challenge.

Your choice this week is two-fold. Which department will lose the immunity challange and then, who would you vote off. This week the competition is for supervisor. Who in the "department" is not qualified to be a supervisor. Vote that person off.

Each week you will have the opportunity to promote the people on each team who deserve it to the next higher level in the company. We start at "trainee" and work up to "CEO". Just like the TV show, you decide who to promote by voting one person out of the company each week.
