Last week we started looking at the similarities between the popular CBS TV show Survivor 2 and surviving the office politics in the work place.
I'm betting Ogakor "department" loses a trainee this week. Nobody wants to be short-handed by two team members, so they'll work a little harder. So select the person on the Ogakor team from the list below who is least qualified to remain. Who can't cut it as a "trainee" in your outfit.
Each week you will have the opportunity to promote the people on each team who deserve it to the next higher level in the company. We start at "trainee" and work up to "CEO". Just like the TV show, you decide who to promote by voting one person out of the company each week.
