Number 21

THE GRITS HAVE HIT THE FAN

I have resigned my position (as did two other people) and am filing a grievance (as is one other person).

I have been betrayed, lied on, cheated and stabbed in the back. I'm at my wits end and this journal would probably provide the therapy I DESPERATELY need. But I'm afraid the most juicy stuff is so tantalizing, yet so unique to my organization that if anyone were looking for ammunition (and I have reason to believe they are), they'd surely be able to identify me at a glance. And now, I have legal ramifications to consider.

I wish I could have devoted the time that this journal deserved. But I was too busy trying to make something out of NOTHING. What a huge waste of time.
