Number 11

Today was a good day!

Had a productive meeting for the first time in a long time. No written agenda, but at least it wasn't a bunch of folks sitting around talking about a bunch of disconnected tasks. From my perspective of late, this is progress!

Later, actually had a leisurely lunch with a co-worker and not only did the words, "planner, "organizer," or "calendar," never enter the conversation, we didn't even bother to bring them inside! We actually talked about our families -- not projects -- and what we're buying our children for Christmas. We even chewed our food -- as opposed to inhaling it. Imagine that! What a hoot! We were almost giddy. Gee, I wonder if this is how people who work in other organizations behave at lunch?

And to cap off this nearly perfect day, I finished one of my projects ahead of schedule and it looks DAM* good. Can't wait to submit it! Wish me luck!
