Last week I finished an assignment that has been eating up 14-16 hours of my day. I also celebrated my birthday (yet again). Both of these events caused me to stop and reflect. Where am I going with my life?
It is important for business managers to know where they are going. It is your job to motivate other to work together toward a common goal. Trust me, that is a lot easier to do if you know what the goal is.
It is equally important that you know where you are going in your personal life. The more successful you are in setting, and reaching, your personal goals, the greater the probability that you will be successful in setting and reaching the business goals that will make your personal goals achievable.
