You Can't Manage If You Don't Measure

You can't manage what you don't measure. It is an old management adage that is still accurate today. Unless you measure something you don't know if it is getting better or worse. related to the current issue im agreed with 100 % ,so we have to assume that our employees intend somtimes to hide information they must provide us with.
