IT is amazing that the smallest things can make such a difference in and employees day or even week. Just to stop and say “Wow Ben thanks you are doing great” That is all you have to do and walk away. Reep the rewards later. I am a Training Coordinator for a large world wide company and returning to the basics is eternal.
