Top 10 New Manager Mistakes

Managing can be a little daunting at first. Our poll found 50% of managers received NO training before starting the job. Here is a list of the most common mistakes new managers make so you can avoid making them too if you are just starting out in management.

And if you are an experienced manager, this list of the Top 10 New Manager Mistakes is a good refresher for you too. As you develop as a manager, check this list occasionally to make sure you aren't sliding back into some bad habits.

Point 8 of your article reads as : 8. “Don’t let yourself be human.
Just because you are the boss doesn’t mean you can….. be human, that you can’t laugh, or show emotion, or make an occassional mistake.”
I feel there should a word NOT at …. in point 8 of your article. Pl think it over. Mago
