Many of you know of my encounter with the school janitor who inadvertently taught me the value of customers and customer satisfaction. I was telling that story to a new VP the other day so I pulled it up and reread it and it led me to this article about a janitor at the US Air Force Academy (USAFA) and the leadership lessons he unknowingly taught there.
