The WorkBuzz site has an article titled 11 questions you should ask employers before accepting a job. As a hiring manager you should be prepared for these questions and have good, solid answers for them. If you happen to be the prospective employee, probably the most overlooked question, but among the most important is #8 - "Do you have any doubts about my fit for the position? I'd be glad to clear anything up for you."
