Listen to Your Inner Voice

We all have a little voice inside us that tells us when something isn't right. Sometimes we can ignore it, but it's always there. Managers are well advised to listen to their inner voice. In the African context, most Managers have failed to listen to this voice and it has mostly landed them into trouble. It has transpired that most Managers hear this voice BUT tend to satisfy more the Customer/Client and on the other hand, satisfy themselves, no matter the consequences. The more we do it, the more we take it as part of our life. When we realise that the inner voice was/is important, it is mostly too late. I have liked it for I did not realise that I have to balance these two voices.
