Are Things Moving Too Fast?

Last week the stock market dropped more than 1,800 points. Today it gained back more than half of that in single day. Tomorrow it will go up (or down) by a little (or a lot), we will just have to wait and see. Changes like these point out again just how important it is for today's managers and leaders to be nimble, agile, and able to adjust quickly.
