Top Ten Soft Skills For Managers

In Kate Lorenz's article "What Are Soft Skills? on CareerBuilder.com she lists ten key "soft" skills job hunters need. These are equally important for a manager who already has a job and just wants to get better at it. Things like "working well under pressure" and "strong work ethic" we would expect to find on the list, and in most manager's skill set. But what about things like "positive attitude" and "ability to accept and learn from criticism"? Are these skills at which you you excel? If not, maybe it's time to start working on them.
