Lunch and Learn

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is employee development. There never seems to be enough time during the day to get everything done. You can't spare people to go to training because there is so much work to be done, but you also can't neglect their training and development. So one thing I like to rely on is setting up a Lunch and Learn program.

Try it in your department. A lunch and learn program helps employees grow so it gives you better trained employees who also are more motivated.

Great ideas John! It’s a great way to get people to voluntarily come to training, but not feel like they should be at their desk doing work. To make it even more appealing - buy lunch. Pizza never fails.
