Situational Ethics

Situational Ethics I was talking with my boss last night. The discussion turned to ethics, specifically about two employees. One with ethics, who quit and was later rehired, and another with "situational ethics" who was fired and is no longer with the company. There is no room for "situational ethics" in business. Something is either ethical or it isn't. The situation does not matter. That's why I always say Scruples Are A Good Thing. Read why.
