Dear Mr. John,
It’s my great honor to inform you of the long time using your useful and efficient guid lines on About.com. Firsly I want to thank you and about this article I should also say that,I think it is depended on the Organization, Working period, The assigned duties, Working conditions, and some other more conditions. So we can adapt this guid line as a Decisiom Making spectrum for various companies.

Kind Regards – Ahmad
