KPI’s are critical. You seem to leave out an important KPI - traits and nevaviors.

Knowing this lets both the manager and the employee truly understand what makes a person tick. Using this can reveal why performance or delegation misses the mark with one yet works well with another person.

Managers who know this, and its not ever obvious, can know what to delegate, what to task, who to assign which tasks and even who to match on assignments. KPI in terms of job descriptions with a KPI of traits and behaviors done on each employee will not close the gap for maximimum engagement and performance.

Look for an on line traits employee KPI assessment tool and see how well it works!
