Dealing With Difficult Employees

Many new managers, and even a few experienced managers, struggle with difficult employees from time to time. It can be hard to remember what you are trying to get done when you are repeatedly confronted with the issue of a difficult employee. Shouting at them, "pulling rank", won't solve the problem.
