Delegate, Don't Just Dump

Earlier this week, we looked at the importance of giving instructions instead of giving orders. Here is an equally important concept, delegating versus dumping. Sometimes you try to motivate and reward good employees by giving them better assignments and harder tasks. When you do, be sure you understand the difference between delegating (good) and dumping (bad).
