No Passion At Work?

Do you see people at work who just seem to be going through the motions? They have no fire, no passion. They just show up, put in their time, and go home.

There are many different reasons for this unmotivated behavior on the part of employees. The article Larry Doesn't Work Here Anymore: At least not in spirit is an example of one reason. And it's an example of one that a manager can fix.
