Many managers have been out of school a long time so it doesn't hurt every once in awhile to remind ourselves what we don't know. I found this eight grade math test on the Internet. Not only is it a good test of whether you're as smart as you think you are, but math is always a good check of how well you think things through. Try this test from the State of Illinois. It's only ten questions long and you get immediate feedback on how well you scored.

Try figuring out your answers without a calculator. Just think through the problems as if this were a problem solving exercise at work.
