Thanksgiving For Managers

Next Thursday, November 27, we celebrate Thanksgiving Day in the US. This year, use the occasion to give thanks also for the people who make you successful at work. For managers, that should include customers and employees. Take a moment to thank customers for their business and to thank employees for their hard work and dedication. Send your customers a thank you letter and send a thank you email to your employees who you won't see in person before Thanksgiving. Let them know you appreciate them. It will pay off.
