Are Your Top People Ready To Leave You?

As the economy begins to improve, we are seeing more signs that the employee dissatisfaction that has been hidden by the poor job market is starting to percolate to the surface. Employees, and managers, who have been doing the jobs of two or three laid off employees, but have stayed because there was no where else to go in a down market are starting to look around. If you haven't taken good care of your employees during this employers-market you are going to lose key employees during the coming employees-market.
