Has Casual Dress Gotten Too Casual?

Apparently some companies are rethinking their casual dress policy, concerned that their employees have gotten too casual. Some employees are reconsidering it as well, feeling that they are less powerful when dressed casually.

In their article New Corporate Attire Trends , The Hosiery Association (THA), a trade group, reports that women in particular are dressing more professionally. This gives them a greater confidence and a competitive edge.
